Initial Visit

We know that filling out forms isn’t very fun, taking the time to complete the Health Questionnaire and Patient Information sheet at your initial visit allows us to get to know you and serve you in the best way possible.

Your initial dental examination will include an oral cancer examination, comprehensive exam, and necessary radiographs. X-rays allow us to discover developing tumors, cysts, painless abscesses and decay not visible to the naked eye.

Emergency Information

For a dental emergency call us at (408) 379-7700

We will do our very best to respond to your emergency needs as promptly as possible. Calling early is greatly appreciated allowing us to accommodate you more easily into the Doctor’s schedule.

If a problem arises when the office is closed, our messages are checked periodically throughout the evenings and weekends and if warranted, the doctor will arrange to meet you at the office for urgent care.

Trying to accommodate each patient’s individual needs and work schedules in our computer is not easy! We find it necessary for patients to give us at least 24hour business day notice to change their appointments. Failure to follow this policy can result in a financial charge of 2 dollars per minute to the patient.

We realize emergencies do happen, but cannot over-emphasize the importance of keeping your reserved appointment.
