Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy we try to confirm every patient's appointment, either directly or by our answering service. However, our patients responsible for keeping the appointment time that has been reserved. As a courtesy to our office and to other patients, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice to avoid any charges.
